MOORESVILLE — Rachel Shay is the recipient of a $10,000 college scholarship awarded to a parishioner of St. Therese Parish.
The Clark Ross Scholarship was created by long-time parishioner and retired Davidson College economics professor Dr. Clark Ross. This is the sixth scholarship awarded to date.
