CHARLOTTE — The Diocese of Charlotte hosted its seventh annual Vocation Awareness Day on Aug. 8 at St. Ann Church in Charlotte.

More than 50 high school and college-aged men attended the all-day event.

Father Christopher Gober, director of vocations for the diocese, led the day of reflection, recreation and prayer.

Bishop Peter J. Jugis celebrated Mass and also participated in the panel discussion made up of seven diocesan priests and 14 seminarians.
