HICKORY — Deacon Scott Gilfillan, director of the Catholic Conference Center in Hickory, is leading outdoor Stations of the Cross at 3:30 p.m. each Friday during Lent, weather permitting.
The outdoor Stations provide attendees with a safe, socially distanced experience amid beautiful views of the surrounding foothills, as they contemplate the suffering and death of Jesus.
The conference center also has several walking trails available to visitors.
